WJBR airchecks 1981 - 1985. AM 1290 and FM 99.5. Recorded from northeast Philadelphia. I always got a buzz-like hum from the AM signal where I was. The AM was 1,000 watts daytime only. I was just inside their 50 uv/m signal radius. The October 26, 1981 segment includes a sign-off of the AM station at 00:25. The station increased to 2,500 watts on January 12, 1987 and began 24-hour operations on January 5, 1988.

Wilmington Catholic Radio has now expanded to incorporate four FM stations; two stations are currently up and running, and two more will be added soon. Video courtesy of Michael Hand.

Our friends Pam and John are having folks Car Karaoke a song from their morning radio show on WLTT so we thought we'd take the opportunity to test out some new techniques that we'll be using for "explainer" videos and do some Stevie Wonder! Check it out and make sure to listen to the All About Wilmington Radio show on WLTT www.1180wltt.com or streaming live on the TuneIn app weekdays from 11am-1pm hosted by John and Pam Dismukes!
Our entire battle to basic human rights is a long extensive one. But I have been journaling it. See more here www.TaxiRacket.com
When I was young my family used to have an annual fall campout at this state park. I have great memories of the whole family riding our bikes to the boat ramp, and playing in the woods with my cousins. Now that I live closer to the lake, I spent a few days flying my drone and recording this awesome place. It was a walk down memory lane.
